Orders will normally ship within 3-5 business days. Shipping times will vary based on your location, weather conditions, and method of transport. Shipments are made with either FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS based on best possible delivery. Shipping notifications and tracking information will be provided when orders are processed and ready for shipment. All shipments are insured. Any damage or other issues with your order must be reported to ZGC within 72 hours of receipt of shipment, or ZGC will consider the order complete and accepted.
